Is there a Linux build of ArtCraft?
Not in the current release. The published assets cover a macOS universal build and Windows installers, so a Linux user who wants this workflow today runs PhotoCraft locally and ArtCraft on macOS or Windows.
Verified release paths
Each tool installs from its own GitHub Release, not from this site. This page gives you current release tags, an honest platform matrix taken from published build assets, the licence each project ships under and the way to verify a download with the SHA256SUMS file upstream. Choose your operating system below and the button opens the exact upstream release.

PhotoCraft publishes one archive per target rather than a single installer, so the choice is about architecture and package format, not about editions. If you want the shortest path, take the package your distribution already updates: AppImage if you just want to run it, deb or rpm if you want it in your package manager, flatpak if you are on a distro with Flathub enabled. Windows users choose MSI for managed installs and the portable zip when the machine is not yours. macOS is one universal build for Apple silicon and Intel alike.
The PhotoCraft release carries a SHA256SUMS.txt alongside the archives. After downloading, run the check in the directory that holds both files and compare the digest of the archive you installed. A mismatch means the copy you hold is not the copy upstream published, and the right response is to delete it and start again from the release page.
Verify the archive against the published digests
sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS.txt --ignore-missing Run this next to the SHA256SUMS.txt file from the same release tag.
| Situation | What is happening | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| macOS refuses to open the app | Gatekeeper quarantines a binary that is not notarised by the developer account on your machine | Right-click the app and choose Open once, or clear the quarantine attribute for that download |
| Windows SmartScreen warning | A freshly published installer has no reputation yet with the filter | Read the publisher, confirm the checksum and choose More info then Run |
| AppImage will not run on Linux | The extracted file is not executable, or FUSE is unavailable in the container | chmod +x the file, or run it with the --appimage-extract-and-run flag |
| Flatpak install fails | The remote is not added on the machine | Add flathub first, then install from the same ID shown in the release |
The projects listed here are dual-licensed under MIT or Apache-2.0. In practice that gives you permissive commercial-use options, with different notice, attribution and patent terms depending on the licence you choose. If you redistribute a build, read the upstream LICENSE and NOTICE files, then point back to the release, which is exactly what the buttons on this page do.

Because we do not host binaries. Routing through one exit to the upstream release keeps the file you install identical to the file the project published, including its checksum.
No. The upstream projects ship per-version archives you can keep side by side, which is useful when a release changes a panel you rely on and you want to compare before committing.
The same PhotoCraft core compiled to WebAssembly. It is distributed as an archive you serve yourself, so there is no hosted instance to click into from a third-party tab.
It carries the release tags verified on the date in the source bar. Releases land weekly on PhotoCraft, so the page is rechecked on that rhythm rather than assumed current.
